bryon, cam finished with the 2nd best qb rating last year, and thats against sec defenses.  its not like he ran the option or the wishbone.  a dl is not going to sell tickets or get fans excited about the team.  they have so many needs it really didnt matter who they took, so they might as well as take a chance on him and sell some jerseys.

 i dont think it was a bad move to draft tebow, i do think they should have played him more near the end of the year.

a DL is a much safer pick and if they were smart they would have traded down to get more picks to fill the gaps they have in thier roster.  I don't think cam is ready to start next year and he will start because he was the number one pick.  Do you think cam is ready to start as an NFL qb?  A bust as a number one pick isn't going to get the fans behind the team either.

i dont think he should start the first game.  if they are out of it he should start in like week 11-12.

 

no one was going to trade up for the number 1 pick this year.  a dl is a safer pick, but its not a safe pick.  they might as well as swing for the fences with the cam pick.

regardless they arent going to draft a QB right after drafting ponder..they are hurting in alot of other places. they dont even have a WR on thier roster that would start on another team.
